At GetFitGifts.com, we respect the privacy of our customers and we've created this privacy statement so that you have easy access to information about our privacy practices. At no time will any personal information given to GetFitGifts.Com (i.e. name, home address, home or work phone numbers, email address, purchase history, etc.) be sold or transferred to any other party. We have built our reputation on service and taking care of our customers beyond their expectations, and we will continue to provide these levels of service for many years to come.
Information we request, and how we use it
In several areas of GetFitGifts.com, we ask you to provide various information by filling out and submitting an online form. We ask for your name, address and contact information so we can send you your order, and so we can contact you if we have a question about your order. We ask for credit card information so we can fulfill your order, and so we can provide this information to the company or companies who process your credit card payment. We NEVER share or sell your personal information, including email addresses.
Information we do not collect
When you visit our site, we do not collect your name, email address or any other personal information unless you provide it to us.
How we use email
After you place an order on our site, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You will receive these emails only if you have provided your email address during checkout. Occasionally, we send The GetFitGifts.com Newsletter, our email update on sales and products, to opt-in subscribers who we think might be interested in learning about sales and special events at our site. Unsubscribe instructions are included in each edition of the newsletter so that you may unsubscribe at any time.
Information we do not share with others
GetFitGifts does not share, sell or trade email addresses, information collected as part of a survey or specific details about you or your household. We do not contribute to or participate in shared or cooperative databases, which give other companies access to your personal information. We do not release credit card or financial information for use by other companies. For privacy purposes, all information relating to our customers is stored on a highly secure server. For your protection we do not store your credit card information on our servers. All credit card information is stored by our credit card processing company on their secure, encrypted servers.
Security:
If you place an online order, our secure order form requests contact, billing, and financial information (such as your credit card numbers for purchases). Contact information from the order form is used to send orders and information about our company to you. Your contact information is also used to get in touch with you should we have questions regarding your order or should we need to notify you of the status of your order. The financial information we collect is used only to bill you for products you purchase.
Acceptable Payment Methods:
GetFitGifts.com accepts most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card. We also accept payment made by using PayPal (PayPal.com).
Sales Tax:
Based on the buyer's billing address, a 6% sales tax will be added to orders originating in the state of
Return Policy:
GetFitGifts.com guarantees against manufacturer’s defects for 30 days from date of delivery. Defective merchandise will be replaced with another like product upon return and receipt by GetFitGifts.com of the defective item.
Manufacturer’s Defects:
Manufacturer’s defects are considered to be items which due to a faulty process during manufacturing the item doe not work. For example the handle of an item is not formed properly or the item is DOA (dead on arrival). Another example would be a radio that doesn’t turn on. You will be responsible for returning the item to GetFitGifts.com (you pay the shipping costs to send it back to us). Once we receive the return we will exchange the item and ship it back to you at no additional cost. Manufacturer defects are permitted for up to 30 days from the date of delivery. Products that exceed the GetFitGifts.com 30 day return period but have an extended Manufacturer’s Warranty should be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions. All Sales are Final on Export Orders.
Consumer Dissatisfaction (Unwanted Product) Returns:
Consumer Dissatisfaction (Unwanted Product) Returns are considered to be any item which a consumer returns that is not a manufacturer defect and was not sent by error. These types of returns require written approval from GetFitGifts.com prior to returning them. However, not all products qualify for a return. Due to the nature of certain products such as health and beauty products, personal care, vitamins or herbal supplements, clothing, mattress covers, etc. we do not handle returns on these products or similar products. All returns for these types of products must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Email us for prior approval and to receive an RMA#.
Error(s):
Error(s) if we have incorrectly sent an item (color, size, type) then we will offer a full refund or exchange at the customer’s discretion when the item is received back in our warehouse. All Sales are Final on Export Orders.
You must acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any item. RMA’s are available upon request by sending an email to sales@getfitgifts.com are only good for a specific product and specific order.
If you do not have your invoice number, or are having other difficulties, please contact customer service by sending an e-mail to sales@getfitgifts.com. Please be sure to provide all pertinent information, (invoice number, name, address, phone number, reason for return and if you would like an exchange or refund).
Shipping:
We ship to the continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. We do NOT ship internationally and due to strict goverment regulations we do NOT ship to APO or FPO addresses.
GetFitGifts.com uses both UPS and USPS. Standard shipping is UPS ground except for HI, AK and PR. Shipping costs are approximate and are automatically calculated on our web site based on product weight and delivery address. There may be a nominal handling fee included with shipping costs.
Delivery Time:
Standard ground shipping generally runs 3 to 12 business days within the continental US and anywhere from 3 days to 5 weeks to HI, AK and PR.
Incorrect Addresses Charges:
All orders that cannot be delivered and are returned to GetFitGifts.com because the ship to address was incorrect will incur a $6.00 charge for reprocessing plus any additional shipping charges that we may incur.
General:
GetFitGifts.com reserves the right to refuse orders based on restricted sales category, geographical area or credit history.
Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall seller (GetFitGifts.com) be liable for any special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or connected with this agreement or the goods. Regardless of whether a claim is based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, nor shall buyer's damages exceed the amount of the purchase price of the goods or services. GetFitGifts.com shall not be held liable for any manufacturer claims or warranties. It is the customer's responsibility to read the manufacturer's instructions and to consult a physician prior to engaging in any physical activity involving a product.
Final Agreement:
This agreement terminates and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements on the subject matter hereof. Modification of this agreement may be made in the future by GetFitGifts.com. Any modifications will be posted on the seller's Internet web site for client's review. Should the buyer disagree to any future changes the buyer may withdraw from the agreement and be liable only for services rendered, or at iBound, Inc., dba GetFitGifts.com's, discretion, be bound only to the terms of the original agreement.
Severability & Attorney Fees:
Every term contained in this Term of Sale Agreement is severable from every other term contained herein. If any term is judged to be unenforceable, it shall not effect the enforceability of the other terms. If legal action must be taken to collect payment or to enforce any term of this agreement then GetFitGifts.com shall be entitled to Interest at the rate of eighteen percent (18%) per year from the date of default, and all reasonable collection costs including court and attorney fees.

Seller Warrants:
A copy of this agreement has been made available to the buyer via Internet. The Buyer by making payment for said service he or she has agreed to the terms of this agreement.
